The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "The camels whose due was not paid will come and trample their owner with their hooves. The cattle and sheep will come and trample their owner with their cloven hooves and gore him with their horns. The hoarded treasure will come as a bald serpent and meet its owner on the Day of Resurrection. The owner will flee from it twice, then it will confront him. He will flee, then say, 'What do you want from me?' It will reply, 'I am your treasure, I am your treasure.' He will shield himself with his hand, and it will swallow it."
أن رسول الله ﷺ قال: تأتي الإبل التي لم تعط الحق منها تطأ صاحبها بأخفافها، وتأتي البقر والغنم تطأ صاحبها بأظلافها وتنطحه بقرونها، ويأتي الكنز شجاعا أقرع فيلقى صاحبه يوم القيامة فيفر منه صاحبه مرتين ثم يستقبله فيفر فيقول: ما لي ولك؟ فيقول: أنا كنزك، أنا كنزك، فيتقيه بيده فيلقمها.
Ibn Majah (1786) narrated it from Abu Marwan Muhammad bin Uthman Uthmani, who said, Abdul-Aziz bin Abu Hazim told us, from Ala bin Abdul-Rahman, from his father, from Abu Hurairah, and he related it.Its chain is hasan because of Ala bin Abdul-Rahman Harqi Madani, who is disputed, but his hadith is hasan, and he is among the men of Muslim. Ibn Hibban graded it sahih (3254), and he narrated it through this route.
