The Prophet ﷺ said, "It would not please me to have gold equal to Mount Uhud and for three days to pass while I still had a single Dinar of it with me, except a Dinar I set aside for a debt I owe."
أن النبي ﷺ قال: ما يسرني أن لي أحدا ذهبا يأتي علي ثالثة وعندي منه دينار إلا دينار أرصده لدين علي.
Muslim narrated it in Zakat (991) through several routes from Muhammad bin Ziyad, who said, "I heard Abu Hurairah," and he related the hadith. Bukhari narrated it in Loans (2389) through another route from Abu Hurairah with similar wording.
