On the day of Uhud, the announcer of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ called out that the slain should be returned to the places where they fell.
لما كان يوم أحد نادى منادي رسول الله ﷺ أن ردوا القتلى إلى مضاجعهم.
Bazzar narrated it in Kashf Astar (841) from Muhammad bin Abdul-Rahim, [known as] Saiqa, who said, Musab bin Abdullah told us, Abdul-Aziz bin Muhammad narrated to us, from Kathir bin Zayd, from Rabih bin Abdul-Rahman bin Abu Saeed, from his father, from his grandfather, and he related it.Bazzar said, We do not know it from Abu Saeed except through this chain.Haythami said in Majma (3/43), Bazzar narrated it, and its chain is hasan.I say, It is as he said, even though it contains Rabih bin Abdul-Rahman bin Abu Saeed, who is disputed. The conclusion is that his hadith is judged hasan when it has an established basis, and this is one such case.
