Abu Hurairah reported,

The people asked the Prophet, "Will we see our Lord on the Day of Resurrection?" The hadith mentions that the Lord will say, "Did I not take from you covenants and pledges that you would not ask for anything beyond what I had granted you?"The man will reply, "My Lord, do not make me the most wretched of Your creation."He will keep on supplicating Allah until Allah laughs at him, and when Allah laughs at him, He will say, "Enter Paradise." And he mentioned the rest of the hadith.

عن أبي هريرة

أن الناس قالوا للنبي: هل نرى ربنا يوم القيامة؟ وجاء فيه: فيقول الرب: ألست أعطيت العهود والمواثيق أن لا تسأل غير الذي أعطيت؟ فيقول: يا رب لا تجعلني أشقى خلقك، فلا يزال يدعو الله حتى يضحك الله تبارك وتعالى منه، فإذا ضحك الله منه قال: ادخل الجنة… فذكر الحديث.
