Jabir bin Samura reported,

A horse without a saddle was brought to the Prophet ﷺ, and he rode it when he was leaving the funeral of Ibn Dahdah, while we walked around him.In another narration, the Messenger of Allah ﷺ performed the funeral prayer over Ibn Dahdah. Then a bare horse was brought to him, which a man had hobbled, and he mounted it. The horse began to trot briskly with him while we followed, hurrying behind him.A man from the group said, "The Prophet ﷺ said, 'How many a cluster of dates is hanging,'" or he said, "'dangling in Paradise for Ibn Dahdah.'" Shuba said, "For Abu Dahdah."In another narration, the Prophet ﷺ followed the funeral of Abu Dahdah on foot and returned on horseback.
