The Messenger of Allah ﷺ visited a sick man to check on him and said, "No harm done, may it be a purification, Allah willing."The man replied, "Not at all. It is a fever raging upon an old man, sending him to the grave."The Prophet ﷺ said, "Then so be it."
أن رسول الله ﷺ دخل على رجل يعوده فقال: لا بأس طهور إن شاء الله فقال: كلا، بل هي حمى تفور على شيخ كبير حتى تزيره القبور، فقال النبي ﷺ: فنعم إذا.
