Tabarani related it in Al-Awsat, Majma al-Bahrayn (987), from Ahmad bin Abdul-Wahhab bin Najdah Hawti, who said, Abu Yaman Hakam bin Nafi told us, Artah bin Munzir told us, from Abdullah bin Ruzaiq, from Amr bin Aswad, from Abu Darda, who said, then he mentioned it.The name "Abdullah bin Ruzaiq" contains an inversion, and the correct form is "Ruzaiq Abu Abdullah." This becomes clear from his teacher and his student. Abu Hatim said, He narrated from Amr bin Aswad, and Artah bin Munzir narrated from him. Al-Jarh wal-Tadil (3/505).Its isnad is hasan because of him. Abu Zura was asked about him and said, "A man from Hims, there is no harm in him."As for what was narrated from Muaz bin Anas, that he said, the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Whoever steps over the necks of people on Friday takes a bridge to Hell," this is daif. Tirmidhi (513) and Ibn Majah (1116) related it through the hadith of Rushdin bin Saad, from Zabban bin Fayd, from Sahl bin Muaz bin Anas, from his father, then he mentioned it.Rushdin bin Saad and his teacher Zabban are both daif. Ibn Hibban said, "Zabban bin Fayd narrates alone from Sahl bin Muaz a collection that appears to be fabricated, he cannot be relied upon."I say, this is from the hadith of Sahl, so it seems to be from that same collection. And Allah knows best.There are other hadiths on this subject, but none of them are sahih.
