The Prophet ﷺ said, "None of you should fast on Friday unless he fasts a day before it or a day after it."
عن النبي ﷺ قال: لا يصوم أحدكم يوم الجمعة إلا يوما قبله، أو بعده.
Bukhari narrated it in the Book of Fasting (1985) and Muslim in the Book of Fasting (1144), both from the hadith of Hafs bin Ghiyath, from Amash, from Abu Salih, from Abu Hurairah, as mentioned. The wording given is Bukhari's. Muslim's wording is, "None of you should fast on Friday unless he fasts the day before it or the day after it."
