The Messenger of Allah ﷺ performed the qunut for a month, supplicating against certain Arab tribes, then he discontinued it.
أن رسول الله ﷺ قنت شهرا يدعو على أحياء من أحياء العرب، ثم تركه.
Bukhari related it in The Campaigns (4089), and Muslim in The Mosques (677/304), from the hadith of Hisham, from Qatada, from Anas, and he mentioned it. The wording given is Muslim's, while Bukhari's wording is, "The Messenger of Allah ﷺ performed qunut for a month after the ruku, praying against certain tribes of the Arabs."
