من كل الليل قد أوتر رسول الله ﷺ فانتهى وتره إلى السحر. وفي رواية: من كل الليل قد أوتر رسول الله ﷺ من أول الليل، وأوسطه، وآخره. فانتهى وثره إلى السحر.
Bukhari narrated it in the Book of Witr (996), and Muslim in the prayer of travelers (45), both from the hadith of Amash, who said, Muslim (who is Abu Duha) narrated to me from Masruq, from Ayesha, and he mentioned it, and the wording is theirs. The second narration in Muslim's version comes through Yahya bin Wathab, from Masruq, from her.
