Qays bin Talq reported,

Talq bin Ali visited us one day during Ramadan, spent the evening with us, and broke his fast at our home. He then led us in the night prayer and performed the witr with us. Afterward, he went down to his own mosque and led his companions in prayer. When only the witr remained, he sent a man forward and said, "Lead your companions in the witr, for I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say, 'There are no two witrs in one night.'"
