Abdullah bin Masud reported,
The Messenger of Allah ﷺ recited to me, "Indeed, I am the Provider, the Possessor of Strength, the Firm."

Zia-ur-Rahman Azami
Abu Dawud (3993) and Tirmidhi (2940) both narrated it from the hadith of Israil, from Abu Ishaq, from Abdul-Rahman bin Yazid, from Abdullah bin Masud, who mentioned it. Its chain of transmission is sahih. Tirmidhi said, "A hasan sahih hadith." Hakim also graded it sahih (2/249). And al-quwwah (strength) means capability.
