A man from Thakeef informed us that he heard the Prophet's ﷺ caller, on a rainy night during a journey, calling out, "Come to prayer, come to success, pray in your dwellings."
أنبأنا رجل من ثقيف أنه سمع منادي النبي ﷺ يعني في ليلة مطيرة في السفر يقول: حي على الصلاة، حي على الفلاح، صلوا في رحالكم.
Nasai (653) narrated it from Qutayba, who said, Sufyan narrated to us, from Amr bin Dinar, from Amr bin Aws, who related the same. Its isnad is sahih, and the anonymity of the man does not harm it, for he is a companion.Imam Ahmad (15433) also narrated it from Abu Naeem (who is Fadl bin Dukayn), Masaar narrated to us, from Amr bin Dinar, relating the same.
