We visited Abu Waqid al-Bakri, and Ibn Bakr said al-Badri, during the illness in which he died. I heard him say, "The Prophet ﷺ was the briefest of people in leading others in prayer, and the longest of people in prayer when praying alone."
عدنا أبا واقد البكري. وقال ابن بكر: البدري- في وجعه الذي مات فيه، فسمعته يقول: كان النبي ﷺ أخف الناس صلاة على الناس، وأطول الناس صلاة لنفسه.
Imam Ahmad narrated it (21899), and Tabarani in Kabir (3/250), both from the hadith of Abdul-Razzaq, and it is in his Musannaf (3819). Imam Ahmad paired him with Ibn Bakr, and both of them narrated from Ibn Jurayj, who said, "Abdullah bin Uthman informed me, from Nafi bin Sarjis," who said, then he related it.Its chain of transmission is hasan because of Nafi bin Sarjis, for his hadith is hasan, and it has other paths from Abdullah bin Uthman, who is Ibn Khuthaym, in abridged form.
