Anas bin Malik reported,
The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "People will keep on questioning one another until they say, 'This is Allah, the Creator of everything, but who created Allah?'"

Sahihعن أنس بن مالك يقول
قال رسول الله ﷺ: لن يبرح الناس يتساءلون حتى يقولوا: هذا الله خالق كل شيء، فمن خلق الله؟
Bukhari narrated it in the chapter on Holding Fast to the Book and the Sunnah (7296) from Hasan bin Sabbah, who said, Shababa told us, Warqa told us, from Abdullah bin Abdul-Rahman, who said, I heard Anas bin Malik say, and then he mentioned it.Muslim narrated it in the chapter on Faith (136) through another route from Mukhtar bin Fulful, from Anas, from the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, who said, "Allah said, 'Your nation will keep saying, "What is this? What is this?" until they say, "This is Allah who created creation, so who created Allah?"'"In another narration, he did not mention, "Allah said, 'Your nation.'"
