The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Do not stretch out your forearms like a wild beast spreading its limbs. Support yourself on your palms and keep your upper arms away from your sides. If you do that, every limb of yours will prostrate."
قال رسول الله ﷺ: لا تبسط ذراعيك كبسط السبع، وادعم على راحتيك، وجاف عن ضبعيك، فإنك إذا فعلت ذلك سجد كل عضو منك.

Ibn Khuzayma narrated it (645) from Ubaydullah bin Saad bin Ibrahim, who said, "My uncle related to us, my father told me, from Ibn Ishaq, Misar bin Kidam Hilali related to me, from Adam bin Ali Bakri, from Ibn Umar," and he then related the hadith. Its chain is hasan because of Ibn Ishaq, who is a mudallis but who explicitly stated that he heard it directly. The uncle of Ubaydullah bin Saad is Yaqub bin Ibrahim bin Saad, who is trustworthy and whose narrations were recorded by al-Jamaa. Tabarani also narrated it in Mujam al-Kabir.Haythami said in al-Majmaa (2767), "Its narrators are trustworthy."As for his phrase "your two dabs" (dabaayka), the word "dab" - with a sakin ba - means the upper arm, and its plural is "adbaa," like "farkh" and "afrakh."
