Abu Saeed said to Abdullah bin Abd al-Rahman bin Abu Sasaah al-Ansari, then al-Mazini, "I see that you love sheep and the wilderness. When you are with your flock or out in the wilderness and you call the prayer, raise your voice with the adhan, for no jinn, human, or anything else hears the range of the muezzin's voice without bearing witness for him on the Day of Resurrection."Abu Saeed said, "I heard this from the Messenger of Allah ﷺ."
أنه قال لعبد الله بن عبد الرحمن بن أبي صعصعة الأنصاري، ثم المازني: إني أراك تحب الغنم والبادية. فإذا كنت في غنمك، أو باديتك، فأذنت بالصلاة فارفع صوتك بالنداء، فإنه: لا يسمع مدى صوت المؤذن جن ولا إنس ولا شيء، إلا شهد له يوم القيامة. قال أبو سعيد: سمعته من رسول الله ﷺ.
Malik reported it in the Book of Prayer (5) from Abdul-Rahman bin Abdullah bin Abdul-Rahman bin Abu Sasaa Ansari, then Mazini, from his father, who informed him that Abu Saeed Khudri said to him, and he mentioned the hadith. Bukhari also reported it through Malik's chain in the Book of Adhan (609).His saying, "and nothing," is like the words of the Most High, "The seven heavens and the earth and whoever is in them glorify Him. And there is not a thing except that it glorifies Him in praise, but you do not understand their glorification. Indeed, He is ever Forbearing and Forgiving" [Isra 17:44].This came explained in a narration reported by Ibn Majah (723) and Ibn Khuzayma (389), both from the hadith of Sufyan bin Uyayna, from Abdul-Rahman bin Abdullah Mazini, with the wording, "No jinn, human, tree, or stone hears it except that it will bear witness for him."
