Musaddad narrated it in his Musnad, saying, Abdullah bin Dawud narrated to us, Hisham bin Urwa narrated to us, from his father, from Ayesha, and he mentioned the hadith. In some copies it is given with uncertainty as to whether it is from Ayesha. See Matalib Aliyah (291).Abu Yaala Mawsili also narrated it, saying, Abdul-Ala narrated to us, Abdullah bin Dawud narrated to us, with the same wording, Maqsad Ali (188).Busiri said in Ithaf Mahra (52/1), the narrators of the hadith of Ayesha are trustworthy, and he said, Bazzar narrated it in his Musnad, Qasim bin Muhammad narrated to us, Abdullah bin Dawud Khuraybi narrated to us, Hisham narrated to us, with it, and its wording is, "The intensity of heat comes from the exhalation of Hellfire, so delay the prayer until it cools." Bazzar said, We do not know of it from Ayesha except through this route, and it is rare, Kashf Astar (189/1), number (371).I say, Abdullah bin Dawud Khuraybi is trustworthy and virtuous, so his being the sole narrator does not undermine the soundness of the hadith.Haythami mentioned it in Majma al-Zawaid (207/1) and said, Bazzar and Abu Yaala narrated it, and its narrators are deemed trustworthy. End.
