Muaz bin Jabal came to us and said, "I am the envoy of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ to you. He has sent me to instruct you to worship Allah and associate nothing with Him, to obey me, for I will not fall short in serving your good, and to know that the final return is to Allah, either to Paradise or to the Fire, an everlasting stay without rebuke, and an eternity without death."
قدم علينا معاذ بن جبل فقال: إني رسول رسول الله ﷺ إليكم: أن تعبدوا الله ولا تشركوا به شيئا، وأن تطيعوني لا آلوكم خيرا، وأن المصير إلى الله، وإلى الجنة والنار، إقامة بلا طعن، وخلود بلا موت.

Ishaq bin Rahawayh narrated it in his Musnad, as found in Ithaf Khayra Mahra (58) and Matalib Aliyah (2862), from Ubaydullah bin Musa, who said, our informant was Israel, from Abu Ishaq, from Saeed bin Wahb Hamdani, who said, and he mentioned it. Its isnad is sahih, and Busiri and Ibn Hajar also graded it sahih. The hadith has other routes, but the one I have mentioned is the most sahih.
