The Prophet ﷺ said, "Death will be brought on the Day of Resurrection and made to stand between Paradise and Hell, then it will be slaughtered. Then it will be announced, 'People of Paradise, eternity with no death. People of Hell, eternity with no death.'"
عن النبي ﷺ قال: يؤتى بالموت يوم القيامة فيوقف بين الجنة والنار فيذبح فيقال: يا أهل الجنة خلود لا موت، ويا أهل النار خلود لا موت.
Bazzar (7240), Abu Yaala (2898), Tabarani in Awsat (3685), and Diya in Mukhtara (2447) all narrated it through the route of Nafi bin Khalid Tahi, who said, "Nuh bin Qays Tahi narrated to us, from his brother Khalid bin Qays, from Qatada, from Anas," and he related it.Its chain is hasan because of Nafi bin Khalid Tahi. Ibn Hibban mentioned him among the trustworthy narrators, and Abu Zura narrated from him, as Abu Hatim stated. No criticism has been recorded against him, and what he has narrated has a basis, so his hadith here is judged hasan. Likewise, Nuh bin Qays is also in the chain, and his hadith is hasan as well.
