The Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to pass by the cooking pot, take a piece of meat from the bone, eat from it, then pray without performing ablution and without touching water.
كان رسول الله ﷺ يمر بالقدر، فيأخذ العرق، فيصيب منهن ثم يصلي ولم يتوضأ، ولم يمس ماء.
Ahmad (25282) and Abu Yaala (4449) both narrated it through Husayn bin Ali, from Zaida, from Abdul-Aziz bin Rafi, from Ikrima and Ibn Abu Mulayka, from Ayesha, as I have related. However, in the printed edition of Tabarani it appears as "from Ibn Abu Mulayka, from Ikrima," which is an error.Bazzar narrated it in Kashf Astar (298) from Ahmad bin Mansur bin Sayyar, who said, Yahya bin Yaala narrated to us, who said, Zaida narrated to us with the same chain, and in it, "he neither performed wudu nor rinsed his mouth." Its isnad is sahih.Haythami said in Majma (1/253), "Ahmad, Abu Yaala, and Bazzar narrated it, and its narrators are the narrators of the Sahih."
