The Prophet ﷺ said, "Seventy thousand of my nation will enter Paradise without reckoning."A man said, "Messenger of Allah, ask Allah to make me one of them."He said, "O Allah, make him one of them."Then another man stood up and said, "Messenger of Allah, ask Allah to make me one of them."He replied, "Ukkashah has beaten you to it."
أن النبي ﷺ قال: يدخل من أمتي الجنة سبعون ألفا بغير حساب، فقال رجل: يا رسول الله، ادع الله أن يجعلني منهم، قال: اللهم اجعله منهم، ثم قام آخر، فقال: يا رسول الله، ادع الله أن يجعلني منهم قال: سبقك بها عكاشة.
Muslim narrated it in the Book of Faith (216) from Abdul-Rahman bin Sallam Jumahi, who said, "Rabi told us," meaning Ibn Muslim, from Muhammad bin Ziyad, from Abu Hurairah, and he mentioned it.
