I was present at a gathering with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ in which he described Paradise until he had finished. Then, at the end of what he said, the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "In it there is what no eye has seen, no ear has heard, and no human heart has ever imagined." Then he recited this verse, "Their sides forsake their beds as they call upon their Lord in fear and hope, and they spend out of what We have provided them. No soul knows what delight has been hidden away for them, as a reward for what they used to do" [Sajdah 32:16–17].
شهدت من رسول الله ﷺ مجلسا وصف فيه الجنة حتى انتهى، ثم قال ﷺ في آخر حديثه: فيها ما لا عين رأت، ولا أذن سمعت، ولا خطر على قلب بشر ثم اقترأ هذه الآية: {تتجافى جنوبهم عن المضاجع يدعون ربهم خوفا وطمعا ومما رزقناهم ينفقون فلا تعلم نفس ما أخفي لهم من قرة أعين جزاء بما كانوا يعملون} [السجدة: ١٦- ١٧].
Muslim narrated it in the Book of Paradise, Its Description of Bliss and Its People (2825) through several routes from Ibn Wahb, who said, Abu Sakhr told me, that Abu Hazim told him, he said, I heard Sahl bin Saad Saadi saying it, and he mentioned it.
