Abu Hurairah reported,

The Messenger of Allah ﷺ asked, "Do you know who the bankrupt person is?"They replied, "Among us, the bankrupt is the one who has neither dirham nor possessions."He said, "The truly bankrupt of my nation is the one who comes on the Day of Resurrection with prayer, fasting, and zakat, but he comes having insulted this person, slandered that one, consumed the wealth of another, shed the blood of another, and struck yet another. So this one will be given from his good deeds, and that one from his good deeds. If his good deeds run out before his debts are settled, then their sins will be taken and cast upon him, and he will then be thrown into the Fire."
