He said to Abdullah bin Abdul Rahman bin Abu Sasaah al-Ansari, of the Mazin clan, "I see that you love sheep and the wilderness. Whenever you are with your flock or out in the wilderness and you call the prayer, raise your voice with the call, for no jinn, human, or anything else hears the range of the muezzin's voice without bearing witness for him on the Day of Resurrection."Abu Saeed said, "I heard this from the Messenger of Allah ﷺ."
Malik included it in the chapter on prayer (5), from Abdul-Rahman bin Abdullah bin Abdul-Rahman bin Abu Saasaa Ansari then Mazini, from his father, who informed him that Abu Saeed Khudri said to him, and he related the hadith. Bukhari also included it, by way of Malik, in the chapter on adhan (609).
