The Prophet ﷺ said, "We are the last of the nations, yet the first to be judged. It will be asked, 'Where is the unlettered nation and its prophet?' So we are the last and the first."
أن النبي ﷺ قال: نحن آخر الأمم، وأول من يحاسب، يقال: أين الأمة الأمية، ونبيها؟ فنحن الآخرون الأولون.
Ibn Majah (4290) narrated it from Muhammad bin Yahya, from Abu Salama, from Hammad bin Salama, from Saeed bin Iyas Jariri, from Abu Nadra, from Ibn Abbas, and he related it. Its chain of transmission is sahih. Busiri also graded it sahih in Zawaid bin Majah.
