I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say, "People are like a hundred camels, among which you can scarcely find a single one fit for riding."
سمعت رسول الله ﷺ يقول: إنما الناس كالإبل المائة لا تكاد تجد فيها راحلة.
Bukhari narrated it in the chapter on Riqaq (6498), and Muslim in the chapter on the Virtues of the Companions (2547), both via Zuhri, from Salim bin Abdullah, from Abdullah bin Umar, who related it. The wording given is Bukhari's.
