I went with him to Huzaifa bin Yaman, and Uqba said to him, "Tell me what you heard from the Messenger of Allah ﷺ about the Dajjal."He said, "The Dajjal will come forth, and with him will be water and fire. What people see as water will actually be a burning fire, and what people see as fire will actually be cool, sweet water. So whoever among you encounters that, let him plunge into what appears to be fire, for it is in truth pure, sweet water."Uqba then said, "I too heard this, confirming what Huzaifa has said."
Bukhari narrated it in the Book of the Prophets (3450), and Muslim in the Book of Tribulations and the Signs of the Hour (2934-2935), both through the route of Abdul-Malik bin Umayr, from Rabi bin Harash, and he mentioned it, and the wording is Muslim's. Uqbah bin Amr Ansari is the one known as Abu Masud Badri.
