The Prophet ﷺ had a container of perfume from which he would apply scent.
كان للنبي ﷺ سكة يتطيب منها.
Narrated by Abu Dawud (4162), Tirmidhi in Shamail (217), and Abu Shaykh in Akhlaq an-Nabi ﷺ (p.88), all of them from the hadith of Abdullah bin Mukhtar, from Musa bin Anas, from Anas bin Malik, who related it. Its chain of transmission is sahih.
