I heard the Prophet ﷺ say during a military expedition we took part in, "Wear plenty of sandals, for a man is as though mounted so long as he has sandals on his feet."
سمعت النبي ﷺ يقول في غزوة غزوناها: استكثروا من النعال، فإن الرجل لا يزال راكبا ما انتعل.
