The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Worldly riches will be opened up to you until you adorn your houses with fine drapery just as the Kaabah is adorned."We asked, "Will we still be upon our religion as we are today?"He replied, "You will be upon your religion as you are today."We asked, "So will we be better on that day, or today?"He answered, "Rather, you are better today."
قال رسول الله ﷺ: إنها ستفتح عليكم الدنيا حتى تنجدوا بيوتكم كما تنجد الكعبة. قلنا: ونحن على ديننا اليوم، قال: وأنتم على دينكم اليوم. قلنا: فنحن يومئذ خير أم اليوم؟ قال: بل أنتم اليوم خير.

Bazzar (4227) and Tabarani in Al-Kabir (22/108) both narrated it through routes from Abu Ahmad Zubayri, who said, Abdul-Jabbar bin Abbas narrated to us, from Awn bin Abu Juhayfa, from his father, and he mentioned it. Its chain is hasan because of Abdul-Jabbar bin Abbas Shaybani, for he is hasan al-hadith.Haythami said in Al-Majma (10/323), "Bazzar narrated it, and its men are the men of the Sahih except for Abdul-Jabbar bin Abbas, and he is trustworthy."Ibn Hajar said in Mukhtasar Zawaid Bazzar, "Gharib sahih."
