Abu Hurairah reported,

The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "The servant says, 'My wealth, my wealth!' Yet he only truly owns three things from his wealth, what he eats and consumes, what he wears and wears out, or what he gives away and thereby stores up for himself. Anything beyond that is bound to pass away, and he will leave it behind for others."
