The Prophet ﷺ came to the grave of Abdullah bin Ubayy, took him out of his grave, placed him upon his knees, blew some of his saliva onto him, and clothed him in his shirt. Allah knows best.
أتى النبي ﷺ قبر عبد الله بن أبي، فأخرجه من قبره فوضعه على ركبتيه، ونفث عليه من ريقه، وألبسه قميصه، فالله أعلم.
Bukhari narrated it in the Book of Funerals (1270), and Muslim in the Characteristics of the Hypocrites (2773), both of them through the route of Sufyan bin Uyayna, from Amr, that he heard Jabir say, and he mentioned it. The wording is Muslim's, and Bukhari's wording is similar.
