The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "No one will enter the Fire who has in his heart the weight of a mustard seed of faith, and no one will enter Paradise who has in his heart the weight of a mustard seed of pride."
قال رسول الله ﷺ: لا يدخل النار أحد في قلبه مثقال حبة خردل من إيمان، ولا يدخل الجنة أحد في قلبه مثقال حبة خردل من كبرياء.
Muslim narrated it in the Book of Faith (91:148) through several routes from Ali bin Mushir, from Amash, from Ibrahim, from Alqama, from Abdullah, and he mentioned it.Tirmidhi (1999) said, "Some scholars said regarding the tafsir of this hadith, 'No one will enter the Fire who has in his heart an atom's weight of faith,' that its meaning is that he will not remain in the Fire forever. It has been narrated likewise from Abu Saeed Khudri, from the Prophet ﷺ, who said, 'Whoever has in his heart an atom's weight of faith will be brought out of the Fire.' More than one of the Tabiin have explained this verse, "Our Lord, indeed whoever You admit into the Fire, You have disgraced him, and the wrongdoers will have no helpers" [Al Imran 3:192], saying, 'Whoever remains in the Fire forever has indeed been disgraced.'"
