Bukhari narrated it in the Book of Manners (6056), and Muslim in the Book of Faith (105), both through a chain going back to Mansur, from Ibrahim, from Hammam bin Harith, who said, "There was a man who used to report speech to the ruler. We were sitting in the masjid when the people said, 'This is one of those who reports speech to the ruler.' He came and sat with us, and Huzaifa said..." Then he mentioned the hadith. The wording given here is that of Muslim. In Sahih Bukhari, it is made explicit that the one to whom the speech was reported was Uthman bin Affan.
