Abu Samh reported,
I used to serve the Prophet ﷺ, and whenever he wanted to bathe, he would say, "Turn away from me." So I would turn my back to him and spread out a garment to screen him with it.

Hasanعن أبي السمح قال
كنت أخدم النبي ﷺ، فكان إذا أراد أن يغتسل قال: ولني فأوليه قفاي، وأنشر الثوب، فأستره به.
Abu Dawud (376), Nasai (224), and Ibn Majah (613) narrated it, and the wording given is Ibn Majah's, all of them through Abdul-Rahman bin Mahdi, who said, "Yahya bin Walid narrated to me," who said, "Muhal bin Khalifa narrated to me," who said, "Abu Samh narrated to me," and he related the hadith.Abu Dawud and others narrated it with an addition, "Then Hasan or Husayn
