The Prophet ﷺ said, "If I had gold the size of Mount Uhud, I would love that no more than three nights pass while a single Dinar of it remained with me, except something I set aside to repay a debt, as long as I could find someone to accept it."
عن النبي ﷺ قال: لو كان عندي أحد ذهبا، لأحببت أن لا يأتي علي ثلاث وعندي منه دينار- ليس شيء أرصده في دين علي- أجد من يقبله.
Bukhari narrated it in the Book of Wishing (7228) from Ishaq bin Nasr, who said, Abdul-Razzaq told us, from Ma'mar, from Hammam, who heard Abu Hurairah, and he related it.Muslim also narrated it in the Book of Zakat (991) through several routes from Muhammad bin Ziyad, from Abu Hurairah, and he related it.
