The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "None of you should say, 'My slave,' for all of you are slaves of Allah. Rather, let him say, 'My young man.' And the slave should not say, 'My lord,' but let him say, 'My master.'"In another wording, "And the slave should not say to his master, 'My patron,' for your patron is Allah ."
