The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Among the greatest fabrications are that a man claims someone other than his father as his father, or claims his eye saw what it did not see, or attributes to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ words he did not say."
قال رسول الله ﷺ: إن من أعظم الفرى أن يدعي الرجل إلى غير أبيه، أو يري عينه مالم تر، أو يقول على رسول الله ﷺ ما لم يقل.
