Ayesha reported,

The wife of the Prophet ﷺ reported that she said, "I used to comb the hair of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ while I was menstruating."

Commentary

Zia-ur-Rahman Azami

Malik narrated it in Chapter on Purification (102) from Hisham bin Urwa, from his father, from Ayesha, and he related it. Bukhari narrated it in Chapter on Dress (5925) via Malik, with the same chain. Muslim narrated it in Chapter on Menstruation (297:9) via Abu Khaythama (he is Zuhayr bin Muawiya), from Hisham bin Urwa, with the same chain.
