The Prophet ﷺ said, "Let each of you eat with his right hand, drink with his right hand, take with his right hand, and give with his right hand, for Satan eats with his left hand, drinks with his left hand, gives with his left hand, and takes with his left hand."
Ibn Majah (3266) narrated it from Hisham bin Ammar, who said, Hiqal bin Ziyad narrated to us, Hisham bin Hassan narrated to us, from Yahya bin Abu Kathir, from Abu Salama, from Abu Hurairah, and he related it. Its isnad is sahih. Busiri also graded it sahih in Misbah Zujaja (4/10), where he said, "This is a sahih isnad, and its narrators are trustworthy."Ahmad (8306) and Abu Yaala (5899) both narrated it from the hadith of Ibn Jurayj, who said, Numan bin Rashid informed me, from Ibn Shihab, that Ibn Shihab was informed by Saeed bin Musayab, from Abu Hurairah, from the Prophet ﷺ, that he said, "When one of you eats, let him eat with his right hand, for Satan eats with his left hand and drinks with his left hand."Its isnad contains Numan bin Rashid, who is predominantly considered daif.
