The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "When one of you eats, let him eat with his right hand, and when he drinks, let him drink with his right hand, for Satan eats with his left hand and drinks with his left hand."
أن رسول الله ﷺ قال: إذا أكل أحدكم فليأكل بيمينه وليشرب بيمينه، فإن الشيطان يأكل بشماله ويشرب بشماله.
Malik narrated it in Jami (1931, Muwatta according to the narration of Abu Musab Zuhri), from Ibn Shihab, from Abu Bakr bin Ubaydullah bin Abdullah bin Umar, from Ibn Umar, and he related it as mentioned. In the Muwatta according to Yahya Laythi it occurs as, from Abu Bakr bin Abdullah bin Abdullah bin Umar. Ibn Abdul-Barr said in Tamhid (11/109), "This is how Yahya reported it from Malik, from Ibn Shihab, from Abu Bakr bin Abdullah bin Abdullah bin Umar, but this is a mistake and an error about which there is no doubt among any of the people of knowledge, historical reports, and genealogy. The correct version is that he is Abu Bakr bin Ubaydullah, and likewise a group of Malik's companions reported it from him in this hadith..." End of quote.The hadith was also narrated by Muslim in Ashribah (2020:105) through the route of Sufyan (that is, Ibn Uyayna), from Zuhri, with the same wording. He also narrated it through the route of Malik and Ubaydullah bin Umar, citing them separately, both from Zuhri with the same content, without giving their exact wording.
