Ibn Majah (3693) narrated it from Abu Bakr bin Abu Shayba, and it is also in his Musannaf (26251), from Ismail bin Ayyash, from Muhammad bin Ziyad, from Abu Hurairah, who related it.Its chain is hasan because of Ismail bin Ayyash, whose narrations are hasan when he narrates from the people of Syria, and this is one of them, since Muhammad bin Ziyad is Alhani, a trustworthy narrator from Homs.It has also been corroborated, as Tabarani narrated it in Al-Kabir (8/130–131) through the route of Baqiya bin Walid, who said, Muhammad bin Ziyad narrated to us from him in the same manner. Baqiya bin Walid's narrations are hasan when he explicitly states that he heard the hadith directly.
