The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Four things bring happiness, a righteous wife, a spacious home, a good neighbor, and a comfortable mount. And four things bring misery, a bad neighbor, a bad wife, a cramped home, and a bad mount."
قال رسول الله ﷺ: أربع من السعادة: المرأة الصالحة، والمسكن الواسع، والجار الصالح، والمركب الهنيء، وأربع من الشقاوة: الجار السوء، والمرأة السوء، والمسكن الضيق، والمركب السوء.
Ibn Hibban (4032) narrated it from Muhammad bin Ishaq bin Ibrahim, freedman of Thaqif, he said, Muhammad bin Abdul-Aziz bin Abu Razma narrated to us, he said, Fadl bin Musa narrated to us, from Abdullah bin Saeed bin Abu Hind, from Ismail bin Muhammad bin Saad bin Abu Waqqas, from his father, from his grandfather, and he related it. Its isnad is sahih.
