I heard Abu Qasim ﷺ say, "Whoever falsely accuses his slave, while the slave is innocent of what he claims, will be flogged on the Day of Resurrection, unless the matter is as he said."
سمعت أبا القاسم ﷺ يقول: من قذف مملوكه، وهو بريء مما قال، جلد يوم القيامة، إلا أن يكون كما قال.
Bukhari narrated it in "Those Who Fight" (6858), and Muslim in "Oaths and Vows" (1660:37), both through the route of Fudayl bin Ghazwan, who said, "I heard Abdul-Rahman bin Abu Naim say, Abu Hurairah narrated to me," and he mentioned it.
