The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "A nation will not be sanctified in which the truth is not upheld in judgment, and in which the weak cannot take their rightful due from the strong without difficulty."
قال رسول الله ﷺ: لا تقدس أمة لا يقضى فيها بالحق ويأخذ الضعيف حقه من القوي غير متمتع.

Tabarani narrated it in al-Kabir (19/385) from Ahmad bin al-Muala al-Dimashqi, who said, our teacher narrated to us (19/385) Safwan bin Salih, who said, Walid bin Muslim narrated to us, who said, Abdul-Rahman bin Yazid bin Jabir narrated to us, from Yunus bin Maysara bin Halabas, from Muawiya, who said, and then he mentioned it.Its chain of transmission is hasan because of Ahmad bin al-Muala al-Dimashqi, and Yunus bin Maysara stated explicitly in other hadiths that he heard directly from Muawiya, so the presence of an intermediary between them in some versions of the hadith does not detract from this.Haythami said in al-Majma (5/209), "Tabarani narrated it, and its narrators are trustworthy."
