Aisha said, "I never saw the Prophet ﷺ laughing so fully that I could see the back of his throat. He would only smile."
ما رأيت النبي ﷺ مستجمعا قط ضاحكا، حتى أرى منه لهواته، إنما كان يتبسم.
Bukhari related it in the Book of Manners (6092), and Muslim in the Book of Rain Prayer (899:16), both through the route of Abdullah bin Wahb, who said, Amr informed us, that Abu Nadr told him, from Sulayman bin Yasar, from Ayesha, and he mentioned it.
