The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "There is no child born except that he is born upon the natural disposition. Then his parents make him a Jew, a Christian, or a Zoroastrian, just as an animal gives birth to a whole offspring. Do you find any with severed limbs among them?"Then Abu Hurairah would say, "Recite, if you wish, "So direct your face toward the religion, inclining to truth. Adhere to the natural disposition with which Allah has created people. There is no altering the creation of Allah. That is the upright religion, but most people do not know." [Rum 30:30]."
Bukhari narrated it in the Book of Funerals (1359), and Muslim in the Book of Divine Decree (2658), both from the hadith of Yunus bin Yazid, from Ibn Shihab, that Abu Salama bin Abdul-Rahman informed him, that Abu Hurairah said, and then he narrated it.As for His saying, "and inspired it with its wickedness and its righteousness" [Shams 91:8], it means He made clear to it good and evil, obedience and disobedience, what it does of good and righteousness and what it forsakes of evil and corruption. He has decreed this for people and made it easy for them, as has come in the sahih hadith.
