I heard the Prophet ﷺ say, "Shall I tell you about the people of Paradise? Every weak person who is regarded as lowly. If he were to swear an oath by Allah, He would fulfill it for him. Shall I tell you about the people of the Fire? Every harsh, greedy, arrogant person."In Muslim's narration, "Every greedy, ignoble, arrogant person."
سمعت النبي ﷺ يقول: ألا أخبركم بأهل الجنة؟ كل ضعيف متضعف، لو أقسم على الله لأبره، ألا أخبركم بأهل النار؟ كل عثل، جواظ، مستكبر وفي رواية مسلم: كل جواظ زنيم متكبر.
Bukhari narrated it in tafsir (4918), and Muslim narrated it in the book of Paradise, its description of bliss and its people (2853: 47), both of them through the route of Sufyan, from Mabad bin Khalid, who said, I heard Haritha bin Wahb Khuzai say, then he mentioned it.
