The Prophet ﷺ said to Hafsah, "Do not tell anyone, but the mother of Ibrahim is forbidden to me."She replied, "Will you forbid what Allah has made lawful for you?"He said, "By Allah, I will not approach her."So he did not approach her, until Hafsah informed Ayesha. Then Allah revealed, "Allah has already ordained for you the dissolution of your oaths" [Tahrim 66:2].
قال النبي ﷺ الله الحفصة: لا تخبري أحدا، وإن أم إبراهيم علي حرام فقالت: أتحرم ما أحل الله لك؟ قال: فوالله لا أقربها قال: فلم يقربها حتى أخبرت عائشة. قال: فأنزل الله: {قد فرض الله لكم تحلة أيمنكم}

Haythum bin Kulayb narrated it in his Musnad, as Ibn Kathir mentioned in his Tafsir, from Abu Qilaba Abdul-Malik bin Muhammad Raqashi, who said, Muslim bin Ibrahim narrated to us, who said, Jareer bin Hazim narrated to us, from Ayub, from Nafi, from Ibn Umar, from Umar, who said, then he mentioned it.Diya also narrated it in Al-Mukhtarah (189) through the route of Haythum bin Kulayb Shashi, in similar wording. Its chain is hasan because of Abu Qilaba Abdul-Malik bin Muhammad Raqashi, for his hadith is hasan.
